Often practiced in SHAVASANA a comfortable lying down position in which your Yoga Guru keeps guiding you with series of breathing instructions. Focusing on different parts of your body, you observe the flow of air in the nostrils, rise & fall of the abdomen and gradually feel the energy flowing in the entire body. Dissolve into awareness of deep relaxation.
