The word February is derived from the Latin word February -means “to purify”.The time to unclog the channels simply with food based home cleansing to get revitalized & energized draining all unhealthy substances & toxins from all the organs naturally following lighter diet, reduced fats, adding pungent fruits, greens warm herbal teas & spices like ginger,black pepper, cinnamon, garlic,turmeric etc.  Not to forget self abhyanga(ayurvedic self massage) each morning and of course a stronger yoga practice.
